Staff is very friendly and cooperative specially Mr. Basel & Ghassan who was very helpful during our stay.

Location is great , staff were friendly and helpful.

The property was clean, comfortable, and met my expectations.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was extremely clean and well-maintained, which made the stay very comfortable. The rooms were very cozy. The location is perfect — very close to Istiklal Street and Taksim Square, and also near the bus and metro stations, which makes moving around the city super easy. The staff were exceptionally kind, professional, and always attentive. They constantly checked in to see if we needed any help and made us feel very welcome. Special thanks to Basil, the Front Desk Manager, and his assistant Ghassan — both were incredibly helpful, friendly, and truly made a difference in our experience. Highly recommended, and I would definitely stay here again!

Ghassan Front desk staff was very helpful and very nice always helpful and willing to help.

The room was very clean on arrival. Staff was very nice. Housekeeping was very kind and considerate, and on time. Breakfast was provided every day, we had breakfast every day and most of my family enjoyed the breakfast. The area is very nice and very walkable, easy access to the metro station, easy access to buses. Definitely recommend.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and truly enjoyed every moment. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, providing a relaxing atmosphere after a long day. The staff especially Ghassan andd Bassel were extremely friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. The location was perfect, close to taksim transportation, restaurants, and main attractions, which made getting around very easy. Breakfast was delicious, and the overall service was good I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and comfortable stay.

Lovely place right next to Taksim

The staff were exceptional in every aspect, especially Mr. Basel and Mr. Gassan, who provided outstanding service and support throughout our stay. The hotel’s location is excellent, with very easy access to all forms of transportation. The property was very clean and well maintained. The breakfast was good overall, although there is some room for improvement.

Hospitality: Bassel and Ghassan were extremely hospitable and very helpful. They were very flexible and accomodating with all special requests, which made our stay very comfortable. Location: 5min walk from Taksim Square and the Metro Station which was super convenient

The hotel‘s location is good. There is a metro station near, really comfortable to get to other part of the city.

The location so good! Very closed Taksim Square And Basel (the receptionist guy) very helped me so much, his nice person and speak English well.
